Shipping Policy

Check the delivery options at checkout before you pay: they establish the United States destinations we can serve, address restrictions and whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Service is not available to every address or for every item.

Preparing a normal order generally takes about 1–2 business days. The estimated shipping journey then takes 3–5 business days. Neither estimate promises a delivery date; carrier capacity, public holidays, severe weather and other interruptions can cause delays.

Accurate mailing details, a working email and a telephone number help avoid failed delivery. Follow the tracking updates once issued; the initial scan may not appear immediately. Send your order reference, checkout email and tracking reference if a shipment is late or missing. For a delivered scan without a parcel, check the delivery area and ask other recipients before contacting us. Photograph any damaged item and its packaging, and retain both while we review the case.
