Refund Policy

Contact us no later than 30 days from delivery if you need a return or exchange. Both faulty goods and goods without a defect are accepted, including purchases you no longer want, a selection made in error or a preference change. Goods must be new and unused, remain in their original state and include all packaging, tags and supplied accessories.

A return is made by post using the free label supplied inside your package. There is no restocking charge. First obtain our return authorization; sending a package without approval is not permitted. Give us the order reference, the email used at checkout and an explanation. For breakage, defects, an incorrect item or missing components, include photographs or video of the goods and packaging. You may also raise an item that differs materially from its description.

If you prefer an exchange, the replacement is subject to stock availability. An approved refund is processed within 10 days and goes back to the payment method used for the purchase. Your payment provider controls any further posting delay.
