Is delivery free or immediate? Checkout confirms shipping costs and any free-delivery qualification. Expect about 1–2 business days of order preparation and then 3–5 business days of estimated transport. These are estimates rather than promised dates.

What happens if I change my mind or order the wrong item? Ask within 30 days after arrival for a postal return or exchange. We accept both defective and non-defective merchandise. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, in original condition and complete with packaging, tags and accessories. Wait for permission before mailing; the return label is free and comes in the package, and no restocking charge applies. Replacements are subject to inventory.

How are faulty or incorrect deliveries handled? Supply the order reference, checkout email and issue details, plus photos or video of the product and packaging for damage, faults, wrong items or missing parts. A refund, once approved, is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
